University of Dayton Kettering Labs

The multi-phased renovation of the Kettering laboratories began in the spring of 2005 and Miller-Valentine completed this project in five phases.  The project encompassed both interior and exterior renovation, including the following:

• The creation of a leading-edge teaching laboratory known as the Engineering Innovation Center

• The modernization of multiple classrooms and practical lab space

• Re-configuration and modernization of faculty offices and administrative space

• Creation of new entry and renovation of associated hallways and elevator lobbies

• Re-design of the building exterior including building skin, replacement of windows and exterior doors
