This project involved the construction of a two-building expansion (wash bay and storage building) of approximately 3,000 SF combined.  This Design-Build Project includes interior renovations, a mezzanine fit-out to office, a 2000 SF storage addition, and a wash bay addition.

BUILDING FEATURES INCLUDE:

• Pre-engineered metal building solution.
• Installation of specialty equipment washing fixtures; commercial pressure washer, water storage tank, hot water pressure washer.
• Expansion of heavy-duty concrete pavement areas.
• Upgrades to existing and new building natural gas system.
• Installation of oil separator containment system.
