Chas. Seligman Distributing Co.

Miller-Valentine Construction has completed a new 113,446 SF distribution warehouse expansion for Chas. Seligman Distributing located in Walton, KY.  This warehouse expansion features an extension of Seligman’s existing truck drive through, 8 each interior loading dock positions, 60,000 SF of CEW (controlled environment warehouse), and 7,100 SF of draught cooler.

This building expansion features insulated “sandwich panel” tilt-up construction to match the existing building.  This project is an expansion of the original office and warehouse building constructed by Miller-Valentine in 2006.

• 102” wide clear span in the drive through
